BECAUSE IN NOTTINGHAM CONTEMPORARY: WEDNESDAY 12TH SEPTEMBER 2012 – 20:00 – 21:00
In September 2011, ala1recs-arsomnis asked me to record the piece Vexations of the notorious French composer Erik Satie.
Vexations is a theme and variations of approximately two minutes that should be repeated 840 times, giving a total of 28 hours for which 32 pianists were taking turns.
Quad soundscape generator wants to play with different modes of listening, different attitudes in sound perception.
